My husband ordered me a Reeces blizzard with chocolate ice cream and they sent me this. Seriously? These things are expensive and it isn’t a very hard order.

The prices have increased so much it’s not worth it to go. A small vanilla shake (vanilla and milk) was over $6. This is wild and that’s price gauging. We won’t be back. McDonald has a vanilla shake half the price.

Friendly staff. We love their ice cream cakes! But the ice cream on their cones and blizzards melt really fast. Like any other DQ, they're a bit pricey and sometimes skimp on the toppings. There are usually long lines at this location.

The sundaes and peanut buster parfait toppings are pathetic....the ratio of toppings to ice cream is laughable...rather go somewhere else or make it myself! SMH

I have been at this Dairy Queen with my family many times. We have never had a “bad” experience until Saturday night. My family just got back into town and wanted some ice cream as it had been a long day, the person on the mic just was so rude. She refused to take our order and then when I asked why she was being rude she proceeded to tell me I was rude first. My family was in shock and we didn’t understand what was going on. I said I won’t be getting ice cream there and she just said bye. She was rude, short, and clearly didn’t understand how to be towards customers. Again, been there many times and things were fine, but whoever that lady was doesn’t need to be serving people anymore, in my opinion.

Second time I have gone here within two months and they don’t put the cookie dough in my blizzard so I went in to tell them and their response is they are out of cookie dough… why not say that when I am ordering and not overcharge me for an extra topping in my blizzard that you don’t have. Horrible customer service train the employees how to speak.
