The sundaes and peanut buster parfait toppings are pathetic....the ratio of toppings to ice cream is laughable...rather go somewhere else or make it myself! SMH

I have been at this Dairy Queen with my family many times. We have never had a “bad” experience until Saturday night. My family just got back into town and wanted some ice cream as it had been a long day, the person on the mic just was so rude. She refused to take our order and then when I asked why she was being rude she proceeded to tell me I was rude first. My family was in shock and we didn’t understand what was going on. I said I won’t be getting ice cream there and she just said bye. She was rude, short, and clearly didn’t understand how to be towards customers. Again, been there many times and things were fine, but whoever that lady was doesn’t need to be serving people anymore, in my opinion.

Second time I have gone here within two months and they don’t put the cookie dough in my blizzard so I went in to tell them and their response is they are out of cookie dough… why not say that when I am ordering and not overcharge me for an extra topping in my blizzard that you don’t have. Horrible customer service train the employees how to speak.

Tried to place a pickup order through the app at 9:35. Store closes at 10:00. App said store was closed. Called the location and no one picked up, message said they were open until 10:00. Obviously not the case. I’m guessing kids working there were closing up and didn’t want to take anymore orders. Won’t be going back.

I go here every Saturday and get the exact same thing and every week the price goes up, I will not be going back. The service is slow, unfriendly and horrible and they can't even remember to put a lid on no matter how many times I ask. Seems like there are new employees every week too. I see the owner in there but obviously he thinks things are going great

I've been sitting in this drive though line for like 9 minutes. It's just me and a fella in front of me. And all the Dairy Queen responses to the one star reviews are an automated "were sorry to hear that" and a link to another thing that will waste an extra 9 minutes of time
