The donuts were old & a little crusty.
I ordered a scoop of cookies & cream, but the kid gave me something different. It's not like it was busy, I was the only customer. Seriously. How hard is your job?

upon going to dunkin’ I was met with a very rude drive through worker. Brittany (the worker) made me feel very unwelcomed at this establishment. She was very rude and it seemed like she was giving me the cold shoulder just for ordering. We got responses like “yup” in a rude way when asking questions. She made me feel very dumb and irrelevant. It was 10 am on a sunday morning. After being very uncomfortable with my interaction with brittany I felt my bagel bites and they were ice cold. I went back inside because my experience was very overwhelming with bad service and I at least knew I could fix my bagel bites. I have never left a review before and this experience made me so uncomfortable that I felt like it was the only way to feel at ease. Brittany should not be in customer service.

What's not to love about Dunkin? Their iced latte is my absolute favorite and all of their food items have been very good.

Before every road trip, my husband and I stop at this Dunkin. I always get bacon and ask for it to be cooked well. And that’s what I have always gotten. Until today. Today, I was told that they didn’t have the ability to cook it any more than it is. Another person walks by and says the same thing. I told them both, that it was always done for me that way, that they were the 1st to tell me this. This is when the young lady at the register tells me “here we do it by Dunkin’s standards”. At that point, my husband and I walked away.
Both women were more interested in being argumentative, than politely stating their place. Wish I had gotten their names. The young lady at the register had a lip or nose piercing with glasses, and the other person that chimed in, was older with dark brown hair. Am assuming a manager?? In either case, stopping at Dunkin before our road trips, will be replaced by a business that cares more about their customers.

wyatt had a very plesant attitude and made our drinks even when we were here 5 minutes before closing thank you to wyatt and the night crew!!

I got the cappuccino caramel, it took way too long to get this drink and there was no whip cream or caramel drizzle. So disappointed they never make it right. I give up going to this place.
