The reason I’m writing this review is because I had a very bad experience 😡 I love going to this location because they have good chocolate shakes. and today I ordered a medium, but it had pink plastic pieces (not from my straw) blended inside it. I went back to get it remade and the people were very unapologetic and my remake was very chunky with ice and not enjoyable. I’m very sad now. 🙁

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin every day before work for over a year. The ladies who used to work the drive thru window, were always so kind. But now every time I go there is a man and he is always so rude and not friendly. I’ve slowly stopped coming here, came today one last time and again. He was rude at the window

upon going to dunkin’ I was met with a very rude drive through worker. Brittany (the worker) made me feel very unwelcomed at this establishment. She was very rude and it seemed like she was giving me the cold shoulder just for ordering. We got responses like “yup” in a rude way when asking questions. She made me feel very dumb and irrelevant. It was 10 am on a sunday morning. After being very uncomfortable with my interaction with brittany I felt my bagel bites and they were ice cold. I went back inside because my experience was very overwhelming with bad service and I at least knew I could fix my bagel bites. I have never left a review before and this experience made me so uncomfortable that I felt like it was the only way to feel at ease. Brittany should not be in customer service.
