I got the cappuccino caramel, it took way too long to get this drink and there was no whip cream or caramel drizzle. So disappointed they never make it right. I give up going to this place.

The service was mediocre, it felt like i was inconveniencing the workers for ordering a frozen drink, which when i did receive it- it the wrong size. I also ordered a small hot latte, which was not even filled halfway. I unfortunately did not notice until I finally picked it up when I got home and realized it was lighter than expected. I understand mistakes, like the wrong size drink, so I wasn’t upset. When I got home and realized they also didn’t even fill a small cup the whole way, that they just didn’t care about the quality of their product. I hate paying for overpriced coffee so it was a treat to get it in the first place. There aren’t a ton of Dunkin’s around, so this is my usual Dunkin I go to. They didn’t seem apologetic, and it sucks that I couldn’t even rely on them to make a simple latte. They were passive and dismissive and didn’t even say sorry.

We ordered through Door Dash - $8 worth of food from our order didn't show up. It was on the receipt, we paid for it. This problem is on Dunkin Donuts, not on Door Dash.

UPDATE - This place is still the worst. Went through the drive thru, and again didn't get our full order. At a very minimum, the food we ordered and PAID for should be in the bag. Efficiency means nothing if you're not double checking to see that the order is complete. Degenerates.

This Dunkin’ is by far the best Dunkin’ experience I’ve had. I’m one of the regulars there now and everyone knows who I am as soon as I come through the drive through. It all first started with the lady with pink hair. She was always super kind and showed awesome customer service, then I met Ma-lay-na who also displayed patience and empathy. There are 2 other female workers there and I sadly don’t know their names, one has short darker hair and then the other is just really short and has her hair in a pony tail. These workers are also always kind and bring a smile to my face on some of my worst days coming from my work break for my daily Dunkin pick-me-up. These team members need to be recognized for their hard work and make me want to keep coming back to this location. A huge thank you to this particular franchise for caring about your customers and providing great food and service!!

Grub hub orders from this location are always a mess. I've gotten orders with someone else's DoorDash order in a bag inside of my grub hub order bag, cold drinks that are supposed to be hot and warm drinks that are supposed to be cold. Half the time they are made wrong to begin with. Bottled drinks are hardly ever included.If there was literally any other coffee shop in grub hub around here I'd use them instead but unfortunately this place is my only option unless I switch to DoorDash - which I might since this Dunkin donuts location has botched so many of my orders that grub hub is hesitant to offer me refunds for them anymore.I go to this location regularly in person and I don't have this problem. It seems to be that they just don't prioritize quality or accuracy on their grubhub orders.
