I’ve been coming to this Dunkin every day before work for over a year. The ladies who used to work the drive thru window, were always so kind. But now every time I go there is a man and he is always so rude and not friendly. I’ve slowly stopped coming here, came today one last time and again. He was rude at the window
The service was mediocre, it felt like i was inconveniencing the workers for ordering a frozen drink, which when i did receive it- it the wrong size. I also ordered a small hot latte, which was not even filled halfway. I unfortunately did not notice until I finally picked it up when I got home and realized it was lighter than expected.
