I'm not sure if they were just very busy tonight. But, my food was cold and not very good. They forgot the lettuce, tomato and sauce for my sub. Also the marinara and ranch, which I paid extra for. The bread sticks were good. But the sub and pizza were gross. I usually get jets but I thought I'd give this place a try. After this experience I will not be making that mistake again.

Ordered and paid online for pickup. Arrived and noticed the convenient pickup window. Love it! Drove up and they handed me my order. Easy process, employee was pleasant, pizza was good. Would return.

Imagine this, me, a 73-year-old guy with Knee braces on, and just recovering from hip replacement surgery, goes up to the Drive thru Window and wants to place an order. He is told by an employee that orders cannot be taken from the Drive-up window, that I would have to come in or call. The parking lot and lobby were EMPTY. There were no other customers that I could see anywhere. It makes no sense.What Kind of a business would treat a senior citizen like that?
I love the rewards program at Hungry Howie's. I had two free medium pizzas with 2 toppings the other day and have one more still waiting. And boy, those pizzas were great as always. What I like is that I can customize those free pizzas and so I get a 3rd topping plus do double cheese for a small extra cost. They get a little more revenue and I get a cheap, yet delicious pizza from the couple items I add to a free pizza.Hungry Howie's is the best pizza around and is always the first pizza app I open when I want a pie.

Love it! Their gluten free pizza is delicious and actually has some flavor and thickness to it (not just the sad, flat, thin-crust that is typical for GF). Totally recommend!

I had a bad experience in past with getting a regular pizza instead of gluten free and didn’t even have the right toppings on my other pizza i ordered. It’s been awhile since I came back but they still honored the free pizza and were extremely polite before even knowing I wanted to get my credited pizza. I spoke to two different gentleman and both very polite and friendly and my order turned out great!

I want to give a special thanks to Ben.I ordered pick up 2 days ago and when I picked it up, the order was missing a topping. I was very anxious to speak up and mention this, but I drove back around thankfully Ben was the one at the window.I am on the spectrum & it is very hard for me to articulate properly as I have expressive aphasia. I started stuttering and was very anxious to address this but instantly, Ben was so compassionate.He handled that situation with positive energy, sincere understanding, patience grace & compassion. They remade my pizza and put my wings back in the warmer for me too.When I drove back around to pick up the pizza, I tipped Ben extra and thanked him for his patience and for how he treated me. It can be very nerve racking with expressive aphasia and needing to articulate when an order isn’t exactly right.I hope management shows proper appreciation to Ben & team because it’s the employees who make it break the environment and they are lucky to have him there.We are all lucky to have him there and if you want amazing food, next level customer service & one heck of a great overall experience - ask for Ben at the hartland location!And if you are neurodivergent, know that Ben has your back. 100/10. Highly recommend this spot
