TLDR: Avoid the Hartland Hungry Howies. Reported them for their "customer service" 2 weeks ago and corporate has yet to even acknowledge the incident so now I'm going to social media. My husband went to the drive-thru to pick up the order I had placed under my name. Long story short, they looked for the order and came back to say that the order was not even started (despite me ordering for an advanced time) They said it would be at least 20 minutes. My husband asked if they would do anything to compensate the wait (coupon, reduce the price, etc.) the window employee went to ask the manager and overheard the manager using numerous profanities toward myself (the name on the order). My husband then demanded to speak to the manager. The manager refused to come to the pick up window, so my husband yelled through the window that it was disrespectful to speak about a customer like that, and even more unacceptable if were his wife (me) getting that treatment. At that moment, an employee (not sure if it was the manager or not) stormed to the window and yelled at my husband to "Get the f*** out of the drive through" I get that rough days happen, but if they will say and do that to a grown man, how on earth are they treating a young kid picking up pizza?? We were regular customers of that location and had never had an issue until this point. Maybe that manager had a rough day, but you can't treat people like that.
Hartland location is consistently so good. One of the best fresh salads and great Detroit square pizzas. Delivery is always hot and nice people. Thanks
Bro I ordered pizza from here on 8-16-25 there is no DETROIT STYLE pizza that puts sauce on top of cheese. Take that crap back to chicago. This is the absolute worst pizza I have had and very disappointed. Last time I'll order here for sure.

My order was wrong again! I only had one topping and they didn't put much on it! Also hardly any cheese 😔

I'm not sure if they were just very busy tonight. But, my food was cold and not very good. They forgot the lettuce, tomato and sauce for my sub. Also the marinara and ranch, which I paid extra for. The bread sticks were good. But the sub and pizza were gross. I usually get jets but I thought I'd give this place a try. After this experience I will not be making that mistake again.

Great food but awful people, had to call off for the first time I started working there and manager basically told me to kick sticks and find a new job, they won’t value you or your work ethics, avoid this place

Massive delivery fee that likely doesn't go to driver. $30 order with a $10 fee.

Ordered and paid online for pickup. Arrived and noticed the convenient pickup window. Love it! Drove up and they handed me my order. Easy process, employee was pleasant, pizza was good. Would return.

Oil leaked through the box onto the seats of my car. I called the manager and he said it’s not his fault and basically told me to pack sand.
Great pizza subs and wings. Our family gets it all the time in dinner hours and they're consistent. Locally owned and operated also they also support our local youth sports and community.
Kid-friendliness: It's a pizza place it's good.

Imagine this, me, a 73-year-old guy with Knee braces on, and just recovering from hip replacement surgery, goes up to the Drive thru Window and wants to place an order. He is told by an employee that orders cannot be taken from the Drive-up window, that I would have to come in or call. The parking lot and lobby were EMPTY. There were no other customers that I could see anywhere. It makes no sense. What Kind of a business would treat a senior citizen like that?
