I love the rewards program at Hungry Howie's. I had two free medium pizzas with 2 toppings the other day and have one more still waiting. And boy, those pizzas were great as always. What I like is that I can customize those free pizzas and so I get a 3rd topping plus do double cheese for a small extra cost. They get a little more revenue and I get a cheap, yet delicious pizza from the couple items I add to a free pizza.Hungry Howie's is the best pizza around and is always the first pizza app I open when I want a pie.

Love it! Their gluten free pizza is delicious and actually has some flavor and thickness to it (not just the sad, flat, thin-crust that is typical for GF). Totally recommend!

I had a bad experience in past with getting a regular pizza instead of gluten free and didn’t even have the right toppings on my other pizza i ordered. It’s been awhile since I came back but they still honored the free pizza and were extremely polite before even knowing I wanted to get my credited pizza. I spoke to two different gentleman and both very polite and friendly and my order turned out great!

I want to give a special thanks to Ben.I ordered pick up 2 days ago and when I picked it up, the order was missing a topping. I was very anxious to speak up and mention this, but I drove back around thankfully Ben was the one at the window.I am on the spectrum & it is very hard for me to articulate properly as I have expressive aphasia. I started stuttering and was very anxious to address this but instantly, Ben was so compassionate.He handled that situation with positive energy, sincere understanding, patience grace & compassion. They remade my pizza and put my wings back in the warmer for me too.When I drove back around to pick up the pizza, I tipped Ben extra and thanked him for his patience and for how he treated me. It can be very nerve racking with expressive aphasia and needing to articulate when an order isn’t exactly right.I hope management shows proper appreciation to Ben & team because it’s the employees who make it break the environment and they are lucky to have him there.We are all lucky to have him there and if you want amazing food, next level customer service & one heck of a great overall experience - ask for Ben at the hartland location!And if you are neurodivergent, know that Ben has your back. 100/10. Highly recommend this spot

Never disappointed!....*That was a statement I made 5 years ago, and I stand by it today, even if we have to cross M-59 to get to you now! Just had exceptional service AND food, which prompted an updated review! Your amazingness translates to a night off in the kitchen for me and fulfilling meal for my family! For all that you do, I am endlessly grateful!Parking: Parking is plentiful, and we LOVE the drive through window for pickup!

Man this one was rough! Not only did the site charge me twice, but both pizzas they sent were sub-par. The first one was stored on its side for the ride here or dropped and hoped no one would notice. The second was under cooked and hastily cut, I’m assuming to replace the one that they dropped. I don’t expect a lot from a Hungry Howies, but this was just ridiculous

Can't say my stars are accurate. I called and ordered so my son could pick it up. I couldn't pay it very the phone. You can't get the deals if you order online. The food was so not worth $50. The pizza was gross and so was the 3 cheese bread. I am new to the area and have been checking places out around here. Won't be getting their pizza again.
