My husband, friend and I ordered lunch here on Saturday. All three of us ended up with food poisoning. We all had to miss a day of work and we all feel awful. I’m just posting to ensure the shop notices and is more careful about what they are serving. This is the only thing all three of us ate together and we all have vomiting, runs, racing heart and are lethargic. It had to be the lettuce or Mayo. Very disappointingUpdate:We have all recovered except for some dizziness. We received a call from management and they tried to make things right. It doesn’t seem like it happens often, thank goodness and they ensured me they have looked into the matter further so others won’t get sick. This was my main reason for leaving a review to make sure others don’t go through something similar.

3 of us ate jiimmy John's sandwiches on Saturday, February 4th 2023. All 3 of us ended up becoming really ill. This included vomiting, diarrhea, chills and a high heart rate.The common ingredients seem to be the lettuce and mayonaise. Going from what I've read, it's due to a bacteria formed on their lettuce. The reason I know it was food poisoning is because it came on suddenly the next day and not progressively like a cold or flu. I also know there have been several other cases like ours. After a number of times of being warned by the FDA I would have thought they would take these things more seriously, but when we voiced our concerns with Jimmy John's they didn't seem to care. Maybe it's time they are shut down. Might get their attention. My advice is to not eat here.

I’ve had them deliver to my house many times with no issue. Last night I was leaving Target & stopped in but they were out of bread of all things. I got something else and decided to order tonight. The guy was very rude. I was trying to give him my address and he just handed me off to someone else without even telling me. He said he was the driver and tried to take my address, which they usually have saved in the computer. I live 3.7 miles away and they said there’s no way I ever got a delivery before but I have MANY times. Not only that when trying to describe my location to the “driver” I live off of essentially a main road and he couldn’t find it on the map, I tried to tell him I was just past Hartland Meadows and he said he’s never heard of it. Very weird! Definitely a populated area in hartland for a driver to not know exists.

Ordered online, waiting, waiting, waiting. First 15 mins they claimed they didn't have the order. Once they admitted they got it, they still decided not no to make it. I could have gone the the grocery store and bought all the ingredients, taken them home, and casually made a sandwich by now.

Great place but that fact that I live within 5 miles an less than 10 min an yall don't deliver is a major bummer Especially considering the fact that if I'm going to hop in my car an drive to a food place it's going to be one of your cheaper competitors

I stopped into the Jimmy Johns to pick up some dinner for my family on February 10th, 2022. Prior to this visit, we frequented this location pretty regularly. We had seen there was a buy one get one half off special. We did not realize it was on line only or I would not have driven there prior to ordering. The 3 employees that were working had no customers and were standing around talking to each other. I asked if they could honor the special since I was there. They said only if I ordered on line. I started to do that as I was standing there and they continued to B S with each other. I then decided if this is how this particular Franchise owner wants to run their business, I am no longer interested in spending my money there. Anyway, we will never visit that establishment again.
