I could go into depth and write 4-6 paragraphs about my recent experience but all I will say is
Mediocre employees behind the counter (expected) being governed by god awful management. Fresh teenagers who haven't worked a day in there life should not be left at the front counter on their first day with no help. I ended up losing $12 over it. Management was the opposite of helpful.
Do not go here. Go to Hungry Howie's down the road. It is actually quicker and you won't end up on the can.

If I could leave zero stars I would ordered pizzas at 1:00 pm for 4:30 pickup came in waited in lobby for 45 minutes asked the lady at the register when my order would be ready she said she would go back and check. She never returned . After another 30 minutes I asked again if they knew when my Order would be ready and no one could give an answer. I had to leave with no pizzas. Terrible location terrible customer service do Yourself a favor order pizza from anywhere else!!!!

Waited 25 min with 6 other people for my pizzas that were estimated in the app to be ready when I got there. They cut my pizza breadsticks in some strange way, diagonals then straight lines, some were three inches wide and some maybe the thinness of a pencil. Very strange. Not sure what happened there. Kinda hard to eat and couldn’t really dip them.

We love this location. But, the last 2 times the food was not good at all😢🤑. There was no sauce on our pizzas. We ordered 3 different types. The bread sticks were very dry. Just such a disappointing experience all around😡. We will be going to another location from now on. The grand kids do not want this little Caesars pizza again😜🤑

I have been getting Little Caesars for years. This time I placed a big order for Hartland football. I came in and asked to use the bathroom, I was told it was for employees only so I asked the manager if they could make an exception as it is an emergency. The managers name was Jesse and she wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence without cutting me off and just kept saying ‘employees only’. I tried to explain it was an emergency. I do have health issues and a card that says it’s an emergency and again the manager was very rude. Horrible customer service. She even laughed at me. You need to get rid of Jesse, horrible manager, zero customer service skills. I understand there are rules but there is also exceptions to rules. Especially with the amount of money I have spent there. I will never go here again. I would NOT recommend.
This place used to be my favorite location but it's really gone downhill. You can't even get packets of seasoning or red pepper now. You can however buy big shakers for several dollars each which you'd have to carry around to use unless you're going home. Today my pizza was partially folded over and undercooked though I requested well done. The dough is super thick too which is odd.

Hot and ready.... Not so much, three times I've come in there and each time (Wednesdays 6pm) there is a 20+ minute wait. Hartland doesn't lack pizza or chicken options, I'll go elsewhere.
