They messed our order up every single time and act like they are completely clueless about the order you give. Completely frustrating to spend that much money to get food for my family only to be missing items or have disgusting cold food.
for the second time, my husband ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal (and paid for that) and upon arrival at home discovered it was a single patty. nearly $10 for a meal you should get what you paid for!
