The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had. This biscuit was rock hard and so dry that it was literally inedible. The iced coffee had not one piece of ice (which also throws off the cream and sugar ratios) and they wouldn’t remake it for me. The manager needs retraining clearly. The coffee is after adding two creams myself.

I ordered a filet fish sandwich and double cheese burger only onions. First, they didn't give me a receipt. Then my double cheese burger doesn't have any diced onions, which we returned. They gave us back the sandwich, which is they just removed the cheese and didn't put the onion. We returned again, the girl who could be the manager had an attitude saying they made it correctly at the first time and the patty has onion on it. This is the worst mcdonalds I ever had. The manager should handle this situation in a very calm and respectful manner. If I have a receipt with me, I can do the survey and give them a worst review.

Every time I order a quarter pounder, they have me pull up to the next window or wait for them, and then they give me the wrong order. How about just doing your job and handing the stuff out? The window place is junk. It's happened to me countless times never going there again.
My truck broke down in the drive thru today. Andrew the beautiful lady at the drive thru name starts with A as well and the beauty that brought me a water are the most amazing people I have met! I was so upset and they just talked me through and helped with everything. I already love McDonald's per why I was there .. but those 3 people reminded me that there is still good in the world. Couldn't have gotten through my day without them. Thank u McDonald's for hiring them. They make that spot what it is and I'll never go anywhere else! I hope u recognize them!

I ordered curbside and the lady came to my window and screamed at me "thanks for ordering curbside on a minus degree day we really appreciate it" super rude and sarcastically. I understand it's cold but that was absolutely INSANE. I've never experienced such horrible customer service in my life!!
