My truck broke down in the drive thru today. Andrew the beautiful lady at the drive thru name starts with A as well and the beauty that brought me a water are the most amazing people I have met! I was so upset and they just talked me through and helped with everything. I already love McDonald's per why I was there .. but those 3 people reminded me that there is still good in the world. I’m not sure his name, but the gentleman that was working Saturday the 21 around 11:25 had excellent service. Fast, quick, and to the point. He actually gave us a receipt and told us what we were receiving as it was handed to us. And the snooker makes thing wasn’t down or something lol. But overall I am impressed with how well this McDonald’s customer service/ care is. Thank you

Honestly I’m not mad but let the workers know to make sure the window is closed is they’re going to make fun of other customers. They were making fun of me cause I didn’t open my window right away at the first window cause I had a screaming child and I was called “dumb” and “pay attention” with their conversation at the second window with their window open.
