For all locations: boxes are tiny now and cost $20 a person to eat here. Also, why are you no longer serving black pepper chicken? This location: the person that rang me up said we’re out of change, so I just get shorted and not them. You make tons of money because you take from your customers. That’s disgusting. Tables were all filthy. Terrible experience

Asmi was AMAZING! She greeted us with a smile.. we are a family of 5 3 kids so trying to make up our mind was hard to say the least. She was patient and gave us grace. So good with the kids and again, so sweet. Customer service is hard to find these days. We are grateful. We love panda, and when the workers are kind and respectful just makes us want to come back again and again. Thank you so much! And the bathrooms are extremely clean which we love too 🥰 thank you.

Every single time I order grilled chicken teriyaki on door dash they forget the sauce it’s supposed to come with. The food is always good but i know it’s not that hard to make sure the proper condiments come with the proper food. Get it together or you don’t deserve the pay you’re getting as it is. This has happened at least 10x in the last year if not more. It’s sad when employees can’t do a simple task as such. Maybe if I give them a one star review every time it happens maybe the franchise owner will put the proper management in place to fix the issue till then 1 star reviews every time it happens going forward.

Went through the drive through ordered a cub meal and bigger plate. Got handed a bag and told have a good day only to get home twenty minutes later with half the order missing.

Very poor service waited an additional 15 min for my order to be ready texted me saying my order was ready 30 min prior to the set time I had when I walked in asked said it wasn’t ready I suggest u never come here
