I was a regular there for the last 6 months I would order from them at least 2-3 times a week. Two weeks ago I put in our regular order a bee berry sting and a pb swizzle. When I got home with the orders they had put the pb swizzle topping on the base of the bee berry sing and vice versa. Honest mistake we just pitched them out and didn’t complain. Then this week I place the same order on the app. The order was supposed to be done at 5:13, i arrived shortly after 5:13 and they hadn’t even started making the order so I had to wait 10 minutes (not a huge deal, but I had waited the 20 minutes from ordering to get to the shop). They apologized when they gave me my food for the wait, but when I got home they had made me a pb delight, which I can’t stand so I threw it out again. I feel like they have ripped me off twice now on $20+ each time. Anyway, I can’t count on them to give me what I ordered so I’m no longer a customer. I called to complain and no one answered the phone so I filed an on line complaint and never got a response. Oh well. The stuff is good but obviously they don’t have a system to prepare it properly.

I can't tell you how happy we are that Smoothie King came to our area. We are long time customers and it is so nice finally having one close by. The staff is friendly and there is no comparison to their smoothies. Best anywhere. Highly recommend the Peanut Power Plus and the PB Swizzle acai bowl. Yum. Please give them a try. You won't be sorry.

Don’t usually leave reviews to say so ehhh g nice but man. Best chicken wrap I’ve ever had from a tropical. Smoothie blended perfect. Worth the wait!!! New girl at register today was so sweet too!! Based off her and how awesome food was. I’ll definitely be back.

Hit or miss. One time the smoothie will be great and the next time order same smoothie and can tell it’s missing ingredients and not blended well. Bummer because I love them when they’re made correctly.
Elliott's customer service is the reason I will come back. He is very personable and friendly. I had a rough day at work and his kindness was much appreciated. He also gave great recommendations on what I could add to the smoothie. The immune support and extra strawberries made a difference and it was the best smoothie I have had here. A big thank you Elliott for being a joy to chat with and I'll be back again for his awesome customer service.

I absolutely love the fresh organic ingredients they use, the staff is always great, my only complaint would be why don’t they have a tipping system prompt when you use credit cards? I don’t always have cash and they deserve tips.
