Seriously, get our order wrong eight times in a month?!

This store (as well as many others I’ve been to) have the air conditioning blasting - not sure why they waste so much money and energy on the AC. My order was well made and the store was clean, but my concerns are beyond that. I watched one of the employees take the recycling garbage and put it straight into the landfill garbage bag. I was proud of Starbucks for their recycling and reduced landfill efforts, but clearly that employee doesn’t have the same level of care for the environment.

WiFi is VERY VERY slow. Don't try to work from here. less than 7mps download and less than 2mps upload. I didn't even know you could have that slow of wifi in 2025. Choose another cafe.

Staff was very friendly, fast drink service, great drink, very clean, lots of nice tables with outlets. Everything great if you're not coming here to work!

If you come here to get a quick coffee don't expect to get it quick. They are so slow to make a coffee that literally takes 2 minutes max but for them it's 10 or more. Often there are more people making the coffee than people in the store but yet, still slow.

Easily my favorite Starbucks. The staff is super friendly, they know me by name now and ask me how I'm doing when they're not too busy. Drinks and food are always perfect. Thanks for the great service guys!

Never have the pistachio. Only Starbucks that I’ve been to that seems to refuse to carry it. Said they ran out, lol. You’ve been out since they ran it last year. You’re not out you’re just flat out not offering it.

Your straws are garbage, every time they are cracked. Today a piece came off in my mouth. Also they are rushed so they put the whip cream on one side with little caramel drizzle. I don’t know how to post a picture otherwise I would.

I was here last Saturday, November 16th with my future daughter in law, we only ordered 2 drinks. We decided to come into the lobby to order. Waited 40 minutes for 2 drinks, and then our drinks didn't even come out at the same time. People were being served that came in after us, too. Is this staff even trained? Should have waited in the drive thru line, as that seemed more important than the customer that actually takes the time to walk through the doors. Probably will never go back to this location.

One of the nicest locations I’ve been to in a long time. The indoor and outdoor seating is spectacular. It’s peaceful and calm. Staff is kind. Drive through is convenient. I loved that they don’t lock their bathroom doors like many locations these days.

This is the second time in less than a month that my order has been messed up. Both times mobile orders. First one Trenta size drinks, not filled. This time I ordered Trenta and they gave me a tall and it was a Trenta on the sticker!! Not only is this Starbucks more expensive than the others they clearly have a training issue. Note: I wasn’t the one who picked up the order with the Tall that was supposed to be Trenta or else I would have complained. Also the partial fill orders were DoorDash so I didn’t see them till they arrived. Apparently people don’t fully read these comments or they wouldn’t leave responses that say “if you would let the barista know they would have remade it”.
