taco bell has shrank their food. $7 for a burrito the size of a taco and tacos that arebonly two bites. I hardly ever go to Taco Bell and now I remember why. I can order authentic mexican dinner with beans and rice for less than two tiny burritos from taco bell.

We have been going here since Taco bell opened in Hartland.The girl came to the register and said apparently I can't take your order you must use the kiosk.We never have and were gonna pay cash.We left.What a way to treat long time regular customers!!

I just got a cheesy Gordita crunch an hour ago. I took some bites and it tasted chemically, I look down and see blue mold all over the inside of soft shell on the taco. I called and a told them about it. Really hope I don’t get sick.

Idk what high schoolers yall got working back there tonight but they need a raise. I got the luxe cravings box ft 90s Gordita supreme (idk how to do the lil R in the circle) and boy lemme tell ya these bad boys were PACKED. Now I understand Taco Bell is using like grade F beef and more probably isn’t great for you and I’m going to regret this in the morning. But there is just something about paying regular price and getting basically double everything. In my opinion it should always be like that.And with that I just wanna say I love you 🫶

They ran out of all kinds of supplies to make their most common items. How do you run out of taco shells and soft taco tortillas? Isn't that the whole point of your existence? The one item I did get was the green burrito, which was far too heavy on the beans and zero green sauce. The other items I tried to order were not available due to not having supplies.

I am a big fan of Taco bell but was very disappointed at the square one loction in the mall food court. I had ordered Crunch wrap Supreme everytime I stop at taco bell. The beef filling was so less that It was like, I was eating tortilla , taco and lettuce wrap. That's cheating. The company needs to send secret shoppers and check it out themselves. If they keep doing shrinkflation on their product, they will out from Canada very soon.
We recently went here and for 3 meals and a party pack of 12 soft tacos ? was $70! We were charged $10 for extra sour cream. Also the .25oz of sour cream per taco was less than impressive. I know they don't set the prices but Taco bell is no longer a value fast food.

Very poor service. If you order on the app, don’t expect them to help you update your order if you need to. When the app fails to add your correct items. They don’t care what you ask for, they just make what the app says and tell you that they updated your order.

extremely disappointed in this taco bell. spent 30 bucks here after working all day, they forgot three things and the nacho fries were old. i get that sometimes they’re busy, but after spending whats already a ridiculous amount of money for fast food they should be able to give me what i paid for. drive to fenton instead.

They need to do a better job at paying attention at how things are ordered, when you ask to have something omitted and they put it on there anyways. It's not that hard to read and make things how they are requested. Extremely frustrating when you spend money for items and then they aren't even edible.
