Not worth the time or money to stop here anymore. If you try to customize anything they will not do it even if you just ask for no cheese its gonna come with cheese and be severely skimpy on the meat. Smallest portions here of all the taco bells its ridiculous!

After a nearly 12 hour shift, this was my only open option for dinner on my way home 10/11 at 11:30p, especially as a vegetarian. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and received a chicken one, so I was unable to eat my dinner when I finally got home. Maybe avoid this location if you have dietary restrictions as I’ve had this same issue before.

We sat in the drive thru line for 35 minutes on 9/3 at 7PM. Ordered five minutes before we arrived. Chose drive thru to pick up. It looked just as bad inside. If I hadn't already paid I would have left. No apology for the long wait either. Maybe having some adults working would help speed things up.
Great food. Like everything else, though, prices are beginning to outreach value.

Horrible customer service. The guy working literally threw our bag on the counter and didn’t say a word about whose food it was. The restaurant is soooo dirty. Not a clean table in the place. The floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. The food was ok, but having to eat in filth pretty much ruins any good that was there. We ordered at the kiosk and didn’t noticed the condition of seating before we paid for our food or we would have walked out.

Dirtiest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to A LOT of them. Food did come out quickly and tasted good. Ordered at the kiosk, thankfully I was paying attention because they just walked out and set the bag on the counter. Based on the other reviews here it seems that management needs to work on the chores with the subordinates.
If you like to wait 30 minutes in line because they're all kids working. Also it's a hang out for the kids in Hartland after midnight so this place isn't for me. I seen and heard a teenager cussing out a senior at around 12:30 AM last weekend, it was horrible. When I told a employee at this tacobell the guy working said he wasn't surprised. This restaurant is a joke and the manager at night needs to be a manager and get rid of the non paying people just parked up here just hanging out here messing with people.
