I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to hartland and have never had a problem until yesterday. The young man running the register was very rude and not pleasant at all. When giving my change it wasn’t a normal exchange, he rudely handed me my change to the point it felt like he was throwing it at me. And don’t get me going on the drink he made me that was completely wrong and when confronted about it and lied saying he made it correctly, after realizing that he had been caught he asked to remake which I declined, because his attitude towards it was more like I’ll spit in it if you say yes. All of the other employees have been excellent and have always been friendly and respectful. I’ll continue to frequent this establishment, but will definitely leave the store if I’m waited on by this person again

More than once a week the dark roast is luke-warm to room temperature when I order it. They need to improve how often they change out the coffee and keep it hot.
Then when they offer to brew a new pot they will fill a cup from the drip and it's comes out extremely bitter
*Edit I am going to stop coming to this location. Same thing nearly everyday now. Dark Roast is barely room temperature then they make me wait for an extremely bitter cup.

When i visited on 10/13 i ordered 3 sandwiches. They gave me 2 cold sandwiches. I went inside and showed my receipt and they made me pay for my 3rd sandwich after being rude. The workers were slow and non attentive. When i got to my car the Tim Hortons bag reeked of marijuana and my sandwhich was cold again. Waste of time and money.

This place is a joke. Multiple times we have tried to give them our business yet the online ordering rarely EVER seems to work I was told my order number was wrong and they had no name matching my order yet I had a confirmation email and physically showed them the number. The staff is rude and we will not be coming back period. I guess Dunkin will enjoy our business from now on.

If you want a chill place to study and eat. Well do I have the place for you. As you can see This Tim Horton's has great staff as well as affordable food. (Ofc great coffee) The selections of pastries is immaculate ranging from muffins to donuts of many a variety, I have tried some of the new coffee flavors such as the Caramel apple latte (as shown in picture) and the Maple cinnamon one too both 11/10. If you need a break from home or work this is the place to go as employees are great to chat with and are super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Also Atmosphere is the same as having a snow-day in January. ?☕?⛄
Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten and Saturated fats so if you are on a diet treat this as a rare location to go to. lol

Terrible customer service. There we're 3 employees and they all looked furious that I came in. The manager was wearing the same gloves she served food with that she ran the register with. I will not be back.

Just an overall ugh experience. Went to get ice cream and it was nothing but sub par. Out of chocolate, after they mixed one of our orders it was almost melted already. Unsure if their cold table was on or not. They didn’t even mix my daughter’s order just sprinkled her topping on it. They also seem annoyed that we came in. I remembered quick why I hadn’t been in a while.

This establishment has really gone downhill. The last 3 times I've attempted to get ice cream there has been an excuse... out of chocolate, out of Cake batter ice cream, not enough staff to do ice cream. They don't accept Coldstone gift cards either. Thankfully there's a Culver's next door and a Dairy Queen across the street if you really want your ice cream fix.
