First of all do not come here unless you want to be trapped in line when they inevitably are out of the thing you ordered. This type of Drive thru design should be illegal. Secondly either they took that into consideration and lied to me just so I’d wait patiently in line (again no choice), or they just didn’t give a crap to check to see if they had the bagel I asked for, or maybe it was in the bag they gave to the guy in front of me that was returned because they handed him the wrong order… either way I spent my entire break in line and got nothing… Maybe time Hortons should start paying a living wage so they can get better help (or the help they have might take it seriously)
The design of the drive thru is insane for the simple reason that they expect nothing to go wrong ever while paying less than a living wage to employees. Today was officially the last day I ever stop at ANY Time Hortons

Every time we go to this location, we get mediocre service. You can definitely tell by the attitude and lack of caring, that the employees, usually teenagers, do not want to be there.

The food would have got more stars but the staff has no respect for their jobs or the customer spending their time and money to go there. The kid at the window clearly didn't want to work and takes it out on the customer. He was not happy about having to do his job and took it out on me. Very rude, threw my order together very sloppy. Was upset that I wanted cream cheese on my bagel and that he had to put whip cream on my frozen drink and the sandwiches were a mess. Also upset about getting my tidbits I mean how had is that. Maybe try hiring people who understand the value of a customer.

The floors look like they haven’t been swept in a week the counters haven’t been wiped down …you have nobody in charge of cleaning the areas where people eat donuts, sandwiches, or drink coffee. The bathrooms were clean, but the water is dripping because the faucet isn’t set right

I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to hartland and have never had a problem until yesterday. The young man running the register was very rude and not pleasant at all. When giving my change it wasn’t a normal exchange, he rudely handed me my change to the point it felt like he was throwing it at me. And don’t get me going on the drink he made me that was completely wrong and when confronted about it and lied saying he made it correctly, after realizing that he had been caught he asked to remake which I declined, because his attitude towards it was more like I’ll spit in it if you say yes. All of the other employees have been excellent and have always been friendly and respectful. I’ll continue to frequent this establishment, but will definitely leave the store if I’m waited on by this person again
More than once a week the dark roast is luke-warm to room temperature when I order it. They need to improve how often they change out the coffee and keep it hot.
Then when they offer to brew a new pot they will fill a cup from the drip and it's comes out extremely bitter
*Edit I am going to stop coming to this location. Same thing nearly everyday now. Dark Roast is barely room temperature then they make me wait for an extremely bitter cup.

When i visited on 10/13 i ordered 3 sandwiches. They gave me 2 cold sandwiches. I went inside and showed my receipt and they made me pay for my 3rd sandwich after being rude. The workers were slow and non attentive. When i got to my car the Tim Hortons bag reeked of marijuana and my sandwhich was cold again. Waste of time and money.
