Ordered 2 singles, med fries, 2 drinks and a frosty on 2/1/2025 2:00pm. The burgers were not cooked, simple as that, bright pink on the inside. The fries were extra cooked and were delicious, I wish they were always like that. I took the burgers up to the counter and told them that they were not cooked and I got the response "Okay thank you." We threw the burgers out and left without lunch. There was nothing else offered. This is why people get sick.
Would not get my order taken after sitting in drive thru for an hour. Open sign was on, online said it was open, and there was an employee inside. Proceeded to ask for service multiple times and to my surprise, not even an acknowledgment of them not being able to take orders. However, the atmosphere deserved 2 stars considering they did a great job staring at me and making disrespectful faces.
