The workers are very kind! They ask what you need. I asked for extra pickles and they gave me A LOT like probably 20, and I got a 6in. It is very clean and I would recommend going!

Tried to order on the app, they were out of some ingredients. Okay, understandable. They called us about it but the man on the phone was very rude and impatient and mumbled something incoherent over the phone and hung up on us. All we tried to ask was if it was able to be refunded or if we could just swap the type of sandwich. He mumbled something, interrupting my bf, and hung up- not even letting us finish the question. This isn't the first time we've had awful customer service and I'm sure, given how many times it's happened before, that if we got our food- a lot would have been wrong on them. Usually we just don't care. It's just a sandwich and is good anyway. But this is unacceptable treatment when dealing with customers and is why I'm leaving a review.

This review will be kept short for the purposes of saving my thumbs. A young man named Corbin at the Harvey Michigan location has tickled my brain in ways nobody else ever has. We engaged in enthraling conversation about the sandwiches and Subway as a business. Such a humerous and supple young man with so much to say and so much still to teach me. Wow. Just wow.

Great place to get quick and easy food. I would suggest the Elite Chicken and Bacon Ranch melt. You can make it a meal, but I would say that you get the biggest bang for your buck with the actual sandwich itself.

Parking: Based on the time of day, there were limited options.

Did a mobile order and it was ready when I arrived. I knew something was off though. I got to my car and opened it up and they had forgot to put lettuce on my salad. I went back in and the teenage boy in charge added lettuce to my salad. He was very friendly and apologized. I hope he keeps up the good work and good customer service!

I an revising my older review as this location has turned around for the better. Good service, a nice crew with personable staff. Miles better than the crabby crew they had before!TLDR: worst service in Marquette with people who hate their jobs and their customersWe love subway, have frequented the stores in Marquette for the past few years. We were so happy to see this store open but every time we've gone we have been let down. The past two times we have went the workers behind the counter have sighed so loudly when new customers walk in that its audible from across the counter. It apparent that they are irritated at the arrival of new customers because they stare at them when they walk in and sigh. It's unbelievable. They are also so rude, with no manners or expression of their willingness to held that they honestly have the worst service in marquette county at this point. Today the guy behind the counter just stared at me after pulling the subs from the toaster without asking what I wanted. There wasn't any "what can I put on these for you" but instead just a blank stare. They complained today that the people behind me got italian herb and cheese bread saying "why does everyone get this bread in a rude tone" and when the gentleman asked to have the bacon toasted but not the sub that guy behind the counter said "you have to make it difficult for me don't you?". These were absolutely not said sarcastically but with a rude tone. The people who work here do not appreciate their customers whatsoever. Some of these people work at the other stores, and are rude there too. The difference is that at the other stores it it outweighed by their coworker being overly nice. It seems as though the owner pulled the worst employees from the other stores and sent them here. I'll give this subway one more chance next week, and if they are rude or complaining about their customers then I won't come back. I also had to add this store onto google maps to leave this review. Absurd that it wasn't done at open as people use google maps to find restaurants while traveling. At least now its on there and a bright side of the lackluster service is that the store is now on the map; free advertising for you I guess.

We ordered 2 subs today, online. They hadn’t even been started when we arrived to pick them up. After getting home, we realized The Boss syb had NO meatballs. It’s a gross pepperoni sub with tons of onions. We won’t be ordering here again.
