Received my pizzas and found that the deep dish that I ordered was essentialy inedible, they forgot the dipping sauce, and didn't even apply the flavor on the crust of my other pizza. Three slices of the deep dish were just crust bubbles, and the edges weren't burnt. I called the store and informed them of this and they offered a re-make or credit. I asked for the re-make and they said it would be out in 45 minutes or less. At the hour fifteen mark I decided to cal as I still had not received the pizza. no one knew what I was talking about and no remake had been made. Pizza came out wrong. Second time this has happened. Read your tickets!!! I have a picky eater! I only do take out once a week and it is a special time for my son and I. You turned our special time into something stressful and disappointing! Ill go elsewhere.-Order 20 5/6/23

Took over an hour and 35 minutes to get my food. For a medium pizza. Once it got to me it was barely over room temperature. Was not worth it at all. Especially since I live not even 2 miles away.

Ordered pizza on superbowl Sunday. The first pizza that got delivered was super burned. The store manager Jerry was sooo nice about it and drove me a new pizza himself 20 minutes later! Excellent customer service!
Ordered delivery this evening... Not sure when my food got here but after two and half hours of waiting my neighbor knocked and asked if I knew there was food outside my door. By then the pizza was cold and the salad was soggy. No delivery driver ever knocked and I'm not sure how long my food was sitting on the ground. Tried calling the store and no answer the first time, second time I was hung up on. I would rather drive to a different side of town then deal with this again.

No different in quality than Cottage Inn, and they don't usually have as good as deals when I go.

Absolutely disgusting everytime. I order from e lake lansing location and they are good. My fiancé mistakingly ordered from this Okemos location and they messed up our order: gave us 1 topping instead of the 2 we ordered. Failed to put the seasoning on the crust and it is always cooked so wrong. Thin even tho it’s ordered as regular crust. Seems like the crust doesn’t rise at all and had half melted cheese and basically no sauce. I will be sure my family never orders from this location again and hopefully it closes soon

Let me just start by saying the one star is review Is for this location and for customer service only. I love hungry Howie's pizza and I will go to any other hungry Howie's location in our area but I will never go to this one ever again. The bald gentleman that works there is so incredibly rude and disrespectful I can't even believe it. No matter how nice and polite I am when I go in there I get treated like dirt. I had 4 sauces that he threw on top of my pizza boxes and when I asked for a separate bag for the sauces so they didn't fly all over My car he just said no and walked away.

I have never been more disappointed in a hungry Howie's as I am in this on. The customer service is horrible my order is almost always wrong. When I called the manager all I get are excuses. I called today about my order last night and all I got was I'm sorry. I told the manager that my family will be going back to dominos and it was obvious he didn't care.
