Forgive me if I demolish the spelling of her name, but I assume she is relatively new…the woman named Sicily who took mine and my fiancés order…was so pleasant and good at her job. She repeated everything to ensure we had everything on the order correct, she laughed, kinda made fun of herself a little bit during taking the order and she made my fiancé and I laugh too. Her overall tone felt to us like she cared. I am usually pretty disappointed at customer service at most...

Very busy today 7-4-24 at around 2pm which is understandable. Nonetheless, they were quick to get our order to us. Unfortunately, this rushing led to us not receiving our cheese curds. We turned around and the issue was resolved in minutes. Kind of a bummer that our side of the cheese sauce was pretty skimpy. The cup was less than half full.
