Went to enjoy Ice Cream after leaving the Zoo. Normal visit with the exception of them serving the food. We get a number and sit down. They had to make 5 so we knew it would take a moment. I noticed it had been quite some time so I go check and notice 4 of them sitting, waiting to be consumed. 1 of them was a kids cone and had already started melting. Common sense says deliver so the customer can enjoy before it melts. Thankfully they made a new one and made it right. Ya wasted...
Had Chicken strips meal and Cheese Burger meal. Chicken &fries were lukewarm at best.
Burger was a little warmer, fries were cold.
Didn't ask if we wanted the Sundaes later, brought out with meal ,so mostly melted when we got to them. Server was pleasant. Table were clear but not wiped. Bathroom fairly clean. Got there about 12:15.
Probably won't go back.

Normally have no issues. Came through the drive thru tonight. Placed an order online for my banana split to be made with chocolate instead of vanilla. They made it wrong and when they realized, the guy at the window asked if I wanted it remade and I said yes. The girl that was making ice cream threw her hands in the air and had a bad demeanor about having to remake it. When the young man at the window handed it out, he then proceeded to lick his fingers. It was a rough experience...
