My app said I didn't place an order for my free reward, one of the managers stepped up to help me and gave me a free cheeseburger, my order was placed but it never went through the screens. 10/10 customer service, I would have turned someone away.
The food is slapped together. Almost a sense of animosity in my double cheese. Not a fan of the kiosk. Customer service suffers because of this. Pick up orders are ready most of the time. The restaurant is somewhat clean most of the time.
You get your standard McDonald's experience, except with the pleasant surprise of coming across an enjoyable staff, whose getting your order correct, and the added benefit of rarely not getting what you want.
