To be honest I simply avoid Taco Bell due to very poor quality and quantity of food over the years here in Grand Rapids. As I am a insulin dependent diabetic and I was going by a Taco Bell I went in out of necessity. At this Taco Bell I got what Taco Bell actually claims to sell. Ben T is the best server I’ve ever had a Taco Bell. He was extremely polite, fast, and maintained a smile. I can tell that he is a determined young man who has a high work ethic, and cares about the quality and standard of his product. Our food was hot and fresh. I wish my local Taco Bell was this good! Every Taco Bell would benefit from having a Ben T on their team.
