And they will get it wrong or send it to the wrong place.. legit, don't buy anything from this place. Go to pizza connection, go to Louis. Never, I mean never go here !

This used to be the only location I went to however when I ordered food from them in January I had a sub with no bacon. Upon getting home I realized it had bacon on it (I do not eat pork) I called up to the store that night and they assured me they would replace it under my phone number. Well I just recently tried to get a replacement for the messed up sub but they told me it's not in their system and the last order from my account was in 2021 even though I have an order confirmation email from that day and plenty of times after 2021. I won't be going back here.

Ordered food online and when I arrived to the store, they said they had no record of my order even though the online order said it was ready to be picked up. I went to the right address. Still got charged for the order since the employee working the counter said he couldn't do anything. Won't be ordering from here again

Great food and friendly service. Don't use the online ordering system. You pick a time to pick up and they take your payment but, the order is not transmitted to store till the time you wanted to pick it up. So you wait an additional time to have it made. This is not the stores fault they were very gracious about the whole thing. It's the app and website. Proceed with caution.

TERRIBLE!!! Workers are rude. Waited almost an hour for an order I called in that ended up being wrong. I was already running late and asked them to fix their mistake. To which I received rudeness and just asked for my money back causing me to be late to work. Very disappointing. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!

Ordered a pizza and did not get it it said 45 minutes and I called him after an hour and they told me they didn't have my order then she said oh yes we do have your order and I had to reorder it I am not going to wait for no pizza for an hour and 45 minutes no way I will never order again from them
