Very slow service.and they don't care about people's time .and I was waiting for doordash order 25minutes.and other customer got his order in 10 minutes.so this totally mess .not recommended at all .

I never leave reviews, and I was so upset about my interaction at this Jimmy johns that I specifically felt it necessary to leave this. I waited almost an hour, checking my tracking about every 10 minutes. I called at about the 45 minute mark to ask for a status update. I was told my order was ready. I asked for how long because he had mentioned it has been ready for a while. He said that it was about 40 minutes that this order was ready. I asked if there was something they were supposed to do to notify someone of their order as I was supposed to have a curbside order. He said that he had JUST marked it as complete. No apology, no understand of my frustration. Who wants to eat their food that has been sitting out for almost an hour? All I wanted was understanding and whoever I spoke with did not care at all
slowest Jimmy John's Ive ever seen, every single time. the employees just smoke weed around the side of the building. this time I have waited over an hour for a pickup order that was never made. the store doesnt answer the phone and their customer service closes at noon so there's not even a way for me to get my money back since I paid through the app. Youre better off driving to any other store within an hour radius than trying this one but I would recommend just avoiding JJ entirely, its not even well priced anymore. Very dissappinting Jimmy Johns used to be fast and affordable, I wont be back.

Since when does Jimmy Johns take a hour for delivery i ordered once a month ago it took a hour i had to leave for work had to cancel my order. I thought maybe that was a one time thing ordered at 2:08 it's 3:11 food still not here. I could've ordered a pizza and got it faster

I placed an order at 1:30pm online. The order showed that it was received by the store. At 2pm, I had yet to receive the order, so I contacted the store. Noted, we are less than 2 miles from the store's location, and we order on a weekly basis from my job. I spoke with an employee who stated that the order was out with the driver for delivery. 2:15pm, nothing still. So, I called back and spoke with "Trey", who claimed to be the store manager. I explained to Trey my concerns with the order and asked if they could issue a discount, or anything. Trey laughed and said, I can just cancel the order if I'm not satisfied. I explained that I had yet to have lunch and would still like my order, however, I am not happy with the customer service. I wasn't looking for any freebees or handouts, but Trey did not seem concerned, did not apologize for the delay nor seemed to care. Trey said what would you like to do? I said, I still wanted my food, he laughed and said well...then you can wait and disconnected after I told him that I would be calling corporate. Is this what our fast-food restaurants become? I have never dealt with someone claiming to be a manager that is so unprofessional. He should be there to set an example for other employees. Nearely 50 mins and the order was delivered incorrectly. Shocker! I did not bother to call back, seeing that got me no where the first two times. Sadly, this may be my last time visiting this location. After looking at other reviews, it appears this occurs a lot at this location. Such a shame

I spoke to the "manager" Zachary because our order has taken way to long to arrive. I asked for a refund and he told me no then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to him again and help placed me on to "call" the driver, and never came back. He refused to give me the corporate number.
** to add the driver FINALLY showed up over an hour after we placed our order and just shoved the food in my boyfriends arms and walked away as I was trying to talk to him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Horrible customer service ! I didn’t receive a bag with my sandwich just shoved it into my hands. I asked to add some more items to my sub the response was horrible as if the workers were irritated. Just horrible experience horrible customer service .

This place has a terrible manager. Fires someone because he looks for a better job to better himself. Makes another worker a manager who comes in dirty,greasy hair,and wearing what looks to be dirty clothes. It is also known that workers here do not have a medical marijuana card yet are allowed to smoke around the building and on the property also are allowed to be a manager. Get it together.Really shows how the world of fast food has gone down.
This place is fast and good. I love the Vito, with cucumber and mayo. Get it as a lettuce wrap "unwich" if you're keto.

This place sucks. They club lulu to us that had just cheese and lettuce on it when i called the guy Tre who was involved sucked at customer service and life. Seriously what a dump. Would not send me another sandwich and said he had get back to his job. That store has never been busy it’s in a strip mall and even during lunch have never seen more than one person there. Will never go back to the store and they need to fire that management cause he can’t even manage to speak right to a customer let alone anything else. Seriously trash employee
