I've had multiple issues with this company without even ordering from them yet. The first time I tried to order I guess it was after the time and I realized and so I called and canceled and they delivered the sandwich the next day anyways luckily it hadn't been paid for yet. The second time I tried to order a sandwich with cash and they called me back and said that they don't have anybody that can accept the cash as a delivery driver. Then y'all need to stop accepting cash. If you have no one that can accept cash then you need to make it no longer an option. It is not my problem if you cannot get drivers. Pay your employees better.

This could’ve just as easily been a one star review and that is the difference between good and poor management.
I ordered my food and was waiting a pretty long time I called and there was an issue with the driver or something or other in my order was still five orders behind after a pretty decent wait, I had to go get my kids from school and the general manager (Hala I think?) brought their driver back to the store to remake my food and then drove it to my house personally with an extra cookie for my daughter.
After years of working in the food service industry, I understand that stuff happens and a good manager is what makes the difference between a good experience and a bad one.

I went here before close because they shut off online ordering. I ordered 2 subs modified in store. When I got home, I got everything I asked not to be on my sandwich on my sandwich, and nothing I asked to be added was added. My sanwich is covered in onions after I explained I was allergic. The employee wearing a full face mask covering his whole face, that's a bit weird and uncomfortable. I'm not sure how both my sandwiches were made completely opposite of what I paid for and can't eat it. I'll be calling in the morning. The email you gave me isn't valid so now what

I’ve been here a couple of times - it surely isn’t freaky fast. . But this is the last time I’ll be going to this location. I also never leave reviews. The dude working tonight was rude and shouldn’t be in customer service. I feel like he charged me twice because he said the first time it didn’t go through, so I’ll be keeping an eye on my account. They also screwed up my sandwich and I almost feel like it was deliberate. I always tip too- definitely didn’t with this guy. He had on a tight turtleneck like mask- I feel to hide his face because he knows he’s rude. I know I’m not the first or last customer he’s treated poorly. Idk why y’all keep him around tbh, bet he’s a bad coworker too.

I never leave reviews, and I was so upset about my interaction at this Jimmy johns that I specifically felt it necessary to leave this. I waited almost an hour, checking my tracking about every 10 minutes. I called at about the 45 minute mark to ask for a status update. I was told my order was ready. I asked for how long because he had mentioned it has been ready for a while. He said that it was about 40 minutes that this order was ready. I asked if there was something they were supposed to do to notify someone of their order as I was supposed to have a curbside order. He said that he had JUST marked it as complete. No apology, no understand of my frustration. Who wants to eat their food that has been sitting out for almost an hour? All I wanted was understanding and whoever I spoke with did not care at all
slowest Jimmy John's Ive ever seen, every single time. the employees just smoke weed around the side of the building. this time I have waited over an hour for a pickup order that was never made. the store doesnt answer the phone and their customer service closes at noon so there's not even a way for me to get my money back since I paid through the app. Youre better off driving to any other store within an hour radius than trying this one but I would recommend just avoiding JJ entirely, its not even well priced anymore. Very dissappinting Jimmy Johns used to be fast and affordable, I wont be back.

Since when does Jimmy Johns take a hour for delivery i ordered once a month ago it took a hour i had to leave for work had to cancel my order. I thought maybe that was a one time thing ordered at 2:08 it's 3:11 food still not here. I could've ordered a pizza and got it faster
