Most everyone says don't buy frozen stuff. They don't maintain temps and food thaws & refreezes. I've gotten stock several times.

Half the self check outs don’t work. When u ask if they can do a quantity check out they don’t know how to do it. No one works the meat department. And so on…..

Had the worst experience of my life trying to get groceries to have an employee barbecue for my employees that unfortunately have to work on Labor Day I will never shop at this Kroger ever again!!!!

Bottle returns are never working lines are horrible and self checks are always closed worse place ever. I will drive out of my way to avoid this store , I work way to hard for my money to be treated with such poor customer service

The stores always dirty the parking lots always a mess, your bottle return doesn't work half the time never enough cashiers staffed and never enough lanes open and did I mention the stores messy in addition to being dirty.
