Smoked Lotus BBQ is a standout barbecue restaurant that delights customers with its exceptional offerings. The brisket, ribs, and pulled pork are all praised for their exceptional flavors, while the tacos also receive high acclaim. The staff are friendly and polite, and the pitmaster in the back is doing his THANG. The meats all have great flavor, the ribs were juicy and tender, and the brisket looked and tasted just right. The collard greens are so good, not overly salty but great texture. The potatoes were delightful, but what took them to the next level was the toum it was served with. Blueberry cornbread and pickles tasted as they were advertised. Smoked Lotus blew them away, and it's their new favorite, local spot for BBQ.
