Smoked Lotus BBQ is a standout barbecue restaurant that delights customers with its exceptional offerings. The brisket, ribs, and pulled pork are all praised for their exceptional flavors, and the pork belly burnt ends have also gained popularity. The tacos receive high acclaim too. The staff are friendly and polite, and the pitmaster in the back is doing his THANG. Guests order food at a window, take a seat, and the staff brings it out to them, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The meats all have great flavor; the ribs were juicy and tender, while the brisket looked and tasted just right. The collard greens are so good, not overly salty but with great texture. The potatoes were delightful, especially when paired with the toum. Blueberry cornbread and pickles tasted as they were advertised. With a full Tiki Bar vibe, Smoked Lotus has blown many customers away, and it is becoming their new favorite local spot for BBQ.
