This place is trash it used to be amazing until they hired a bunch of kids that have zero pride in their job. It's infuriating and wife always avoids the place and I say maybe it's changed but nope she was right

Ordered 1 thing and it was wrong, brought it back for correction and they gave me some chewy microwaved monstrosity stuck to the paper. Woman at the drive thru was unpleasant. Don’t bother.

Drive thru takes forever after 8pm. Be prepared for 30 minute waits if there are more than 2 cars ahead of you.

I think they are under staffed. Food took a lil longer than normal. My order was a mess but they did fix it quickly.

They haven’t responded in true time for the person who didn’t know the use of kiosk. One employee helped me when he got attention. Manager is needed more training.

I just got home from this Taco Bell. I arrived at 1:08 and there was 5 cars in the drive thru. Ok I expected to wait a while. I get it.
15 minutes later and two cars have been served. I get to the speaker. They say they’re not taking more orders. Their sign says open until 4 am.
I ask them can they please have the people blocking me in move so I can leave. The manager says no and I’m forced to sit there and cause a scene so that me and the 5 other cars behind me can get the hell out of there.
Here’s a little tip restaurant owner, if you are having your staff close 3 hours early put some cones down on the drive thru so your customers aren’t trapped there to find out they aren’t getting served. I’ll never go here again

I've loved Taco Bell for decades but between their food quality going down and employees more interested in each other's personal lives with loud conversations. I have recently been ignoring Taco Bell as an option. Customer service, acknowledgement, and attention paid to the customer doesn't really exist.
I know it's a fast food restaurant but .. They used to act like they cared a little.
I did recently visit a taco bell in Arizona and it was top quality food and service so maybe it's just a Michigan training problem.

Messed up my order twice and the second time they threw the order into the box, causing it to just be very disheveled and gross. I asked for a refund because I was running late since I had to go back already and they refused to give me one. I was told that I could call for the manager the next day but they were not allowed to give refunds even though they messed up my order.
