What's that?
It ain't real meat.
Taco Bell used to serve decent food, not whatever garbage they're passing off as food nowadays. It's normal to the younger generation because these kids have no reference point. If they were able to try skew Taco Bell from the 80s then they would realize that they're being fed something nasty & wouldn't eat this garbage.

Decided to eat in. You need to use an app to order. Extraordinarily user unfriendly. Even the people behind the counter - if you can find one - don't know how to operate the app. No communication between the app and counter staff so you can't check on your order. If you pause in your order, you can't backtrack, so you don't know if you've paid for an order and no way to find out.

Absolutely horrendous. Fast food should not cause a disruption to families trying to order a freaking burrito. Their specialty boxes with conglomeration of different foods populate the main page and you practically need a degree in IT to navigate . I gave them a one star and that was too much.

Ordered 1 thing and it was wrong, brought it back for correction and they gave me some chewy microwaved monstrosity stuck to the paper. Woman at the drive thru was unpleasant. Don’t bother.

Drive thru takes forever after 8pm. Be prepared for 30 minute waits if there are more than 2 cars ahead of you.

Ordered ahead and then waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for my order just for it to be nasty. Every single item even the nacho chips how is that possible??? Atleast my root beer tasted normal. Will never go to this location again.

They haven’t responded in true time for the person who didn’t know the use of kiosk. One employee helped me when he got attention. Manager is needed more training.

I just got home from this Taco Bell. I arrived at 1:08 and there was 5 cars in the drive thru. Ok I expected to wait a while. I get it.

15 minutes later and two cars have been served. I get to the speaker. They say they’re not taking more orders. Their sign says open until 4 am.

I ask them can they please have the people blocking me in move so I can leave. The manager says no and I’m forced to sit there and cause a scene so that me and the 5 other cars behind me can get the hell out of there.

Here’s a little tip restaurant owner, if you are having your staff close 3 hours early put some cones down on the drive thru so your customers aren’t trapped there to find out they aren’t getting served. I’ll never go here again
