I love this Taco Bell. We have a pretty restricted diet, so it's hard to order out without something getting messed up. These guys have never messed up my order, other than forgetting my sauce once. They repeat my order back to me before making it and they are always polite. They seem to actually care about customer service, which is rare these days. The food and atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from taco bell.

Food is terrible. Nachos bell grande...chips were smashed. No pride in making food and serving it. Food was cold. Portions were skimpy. Customer service is terrible. Cups with cheese in them was only half full. Dine at your own risk!!

This location is a solid 1/10. Drive thru can service about 3 cars per 20-25 minutes. Strategically built wall keeps customers from being able to leave once in line. This location allows you to choose in store pickup on the app all day although they lock the lobby at around 5/6 so you will be stuck getting an online refund or waiting 30-40 minutes in the drive through line. This location also will not alert you when they run out of items, they will simply substitute with no communication. I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch, I’m assuming they ran out of cheese because there was about half a teaspoon of shredded cheese between the hard and soft tortilla and what I could describe as watered down ranch on the inside instead of liquid cheese. I’ve had this item before and it was made completely different. The employees will 98% of the time forget your drink if you order online as well. Hope this helps

The people here are so rude, they can't say hello or crack a smile.They just open the drive thru window and hand you the bag and shut the window. The drive thru speaker is terrible, I can't hear them and I know they can't hear me. I had to repeat my order 4 times before she got it correct. The wait is so long!! I get back to my office to eat and low and behold there are no napkins and no sauce that I asked for. How hard is that to put it in the bag.I have been coming here for years (only because there are not many options around 9 mile and dequindre). This place used to be good. There seems to be no management here and if there is they should be fired for not doing there job. A couple of weeks I had to go inside because the drive thru was closed, the inside is filthy!!! No organization working at this place. Workers act like they are at home just talking and laughing, moving as slow as possible. And fast food workers want a raise (what a joke)!!!Who ever owns this place should be ashamed!!Parking: nothing to say about the parking

Employees are always locking the doors. It's 2:10pm and the doors are locked. Wonder if their owners know how they're running their business. Would not go here. They obviously don't want to work.

They are always out of stuff poor Management to be constantly running out of stuff . Do your job it’s simple , and tell the employees to listen for what sauce people ask for . SUPER SIMPLE JOB. Had to edit this cause now another time these MORONS can’t read or listen . hot sauce ISNT FIRE SAUCE you incompetent MORONS , you want more money but NOone there can read or listen . You can’t even call back to complain because they NEVER answer I’m going to call corporate and rip them a new one for allowed this to be a continuous thing . They need to FIRE everyone and close this location down, it’s trash . LEARN TO DO YOUR SIMPLE JOBS CLOWNS.

This taco bell sometimes takes forever for their drive thru. I know it gets busy, I understand that, but I timed it once it with only 3 cars ahead of me, it took them 20 minutes to even take my order, let alone to get my food. Love taco bell and all the options they have, but this one needs to really work on their time management. Sorry

Well, once again, after a very expensive trip to this location for dinner for my parents, we were given sloppy food that was half empty. Bare minimum meat, sauce, cheese and lettuce, after specifically mentioning that the items we received the previous time were the same way. Tried calling several times, but of course got no answer. This used to be our go to location, but apparently the increase in menu prices also came with a decrease in their customer service. As someone who works in the food & beverage industry, I understand that there are errors some times, but we're all just getting ripped off at this point, especially when they simply refuse to answer and attempt to correct the error.

Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Cold food, chalupa falling apart, crunch wrap was soaked in sauce and only had meat nothing else, no sour cream or cheese sauce that we paid for, and a 15+ minute wait. Atrocious. I’m BEGGING you to get better staff.
