This is the worst Tim Hortons of the 3 I go to,They overcharge for items and tell you the prices increased when they haven't. Slow service and food usually cold,always asking for donations when they charge more than other Tim Hortons, I recommend going to the 9 mile location instead!

I haven't been to a Tim Hortons in years and this was my first time at this location. I brought my mom here to get her morning coffee for work and I got a large hot chocolate and a small box of Timbites Donut Balls. Omg, they were on point that morning lol. ☆☆☆☆☆ Anyways, customer service was on point and fast.

Their donuts are the worst every blue they hand me a fresh soft donut. Most of the time they sent me home with a cold hard to bit into donut. They really need to see how dunkin do there donut because they are always soft don't matter if they sit. It's like they sit in a refrigerator they are freezing cold. I just don't understand.
Worst Tim Horton Branch. Tables were not clean and we had to ask multiple times until someone came to clean a table for us to use. Cheese Bagels served cold and croissant quality is awful
