I drove from southwest west Detroit to 8mile for a $20.00 purchase when I got to the window she informed me the manager said don't except $50.00 bills because of Counterfeit issue if he felt that way why not buy a counterfeit pen they are only $2 or a light for $10 my wife didn't get her coffee my 2 kids didn't get their dough nuts and I wasted gas how Unconsiderate they were bad for business when you don't want to take real money wow......

I ordered two coffees with 4/4 , my coffee didn't have enough sugar so I waited until I got home to add more myself. Took the lid off and saw some weird floaties, poured it out and saw whatever it is on the sides and bottom. I'm so glad I didn't drink from it. The other coffee seemed ok but we threw it out too. Who knows what this is or isn't. Ordered 2-14-24 at around 4:30.Really sucks because I always loved their coffee and food.Worst Tim Hortons experience ever, I will never try anything Tim Hortons ever again!You've been warned.

Very very bad customer service. I went this morning they gave me cold coffee i told them its cold the girl took it back i notice all she did is replace the Leeds for me she didnt give me hot coffee.I paid for it so i expect to get what i paid for.They always do that. I never got got hot coffee from them and when i ask them for replacement they don’t care. Very disappointed.If my reviews help please don't go there never.-0/10

Today I was served by a pink haired woman named Kelsey on my lunch break. She was incredibly rude. She laughed at me when I asked what was on a sandwich, then gave me misinformation about the ingredients. When I went back to the drive through she argued about whether or not she had told it to me correctly. Then kept me waiting for an inordinate period of time while I waited for a new one. This is right next door to my job. Very very bad service on that young woman’s behalf.
