The drive thru lady named TIFFANY was so rude and sarcastic. Very unprofessional with how she answered my questions. I asked to speak to the supervisor on duty and she was just defending Tiffany’s rudeness. TIFFANY clearly hates providing customer service or addressing customer’s questions. Why work for a customer service job if you got such terrible attitude? If you ever come across Tiffany at this Tim Hortons location, be prepared to experience the worst customer service.

Came through the drive-thru at this Tim Hortons location this morning, and had the worst experience possible. The girl at the window whom was a portly white blonde woman with glasses was incredibly rude because she made a mistake and got my order incorrect. After that, I pulled off only to realize the biscuits from my sandwiches were as hard as rocks and entirely inedible. I called to speak to a manager and was put on the phone with a woman who spoke garbled and unintelligibly, and offered me nothing other than a poorly articulated and insincere apology. Will never patronize a Tim Hortons again after having several bottom tier experiences with their employees.

I frequent this Tim Hortons location because it is close to my house and I love Tim Hortons coffee. However, what I don’t love is the level of customer service. I have worked in customer service for more than 10 years now which is also including hotels and restaurants and I swear every time I go through THIS particular drive thru between the hours of 12:00-1:00 PM, the blonde woman at the window is rude to me. Do better. Delicious coffee and food, but not the best service. Sorry.

Line is always wrapped in the morning but goes fairly quickly.But they never cook they meat long enough.
