Went grabbed Philly cheese steak combo! Went got my drink took a sip an huge mouthful of ants smh!! The ladies acted like is was fine an no refund or nothing!!!!! Asked for a manager an of course no manager!!! Now On my way! To urgent care because I’m having a reaction from this incident smh!!! Will def be contacting my attorney!!!

4-11-2024 I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich with only steak and cheese on the sub no lettuce tomato mayo My Son is allergic to it and they had an attitude on redoing my food. I just threw it away and took a loss.

I feel that they didn't use the correct portion when cooking my food. I used to be an RGM for Tubbys and I was trained by corporate back in the day and I know I was cheated on the portions of steak and cheese on my pizza steak and cheese.
I was excited to see this location finally opened. I went in to get my small famous. The lady asked did I want everything on it. I reply yes. Went home and started eating it. I was like hey this is not the same. Super disappointed. I opened it up to investigate what’s different. No dressing! What? no dressing. That’s what makes the sub. I said everything on it. Not doing that again. Nope The sub was sub par

I got a large steak and cheese hardly anything on it… it just tasted like plain white bread. Very disappointing.After this happen, the manager reached out to me and apologize for my experience. I went back and got another sub and it was much better! I would go back again. Thank you!
