We have been coming for years! Food is great and so are the drinks!!! BUT the manager is running around by herself trying to serve food, tend to us at the bar and to make sure all is taken care of!!! Where is the boss?? It seems like she took care of all!!! MAYBE if she had help she would be a bit friendlier!!!! 🤔
We have eaten at The Islander in Hessel 5 or 6 times over the past 7-8 years. We love the atmosphere. The service and portions are very good too! Great experiences every time we go.
If you’re fortunate enough to visit Hessel Mi . Don’t miss the opportunity to have eats and drinks at this restaurant. The atmosphere is so fun, it’s extremely clean, staff is very efficient and we could understand why after meeting some of the managers Abby, Paula , and not sure if Mike was management as well , but he definitely seemed to orchestrate the flow through out the whole restaurant.
