Great chicken, speakers on window don’t work, it was loud I couldn’t hear them, they couldn’t hear me… Food was great! Nice and HOT!

This has to be one of the worst kfc in the state. Almost every time I order food from here. I get the wrong food or something is missing. And they over cook the food and you can tell they are cooking the food in old grease sometimes.

Stopped by the drive thru today about 825pm. The man at the window was professional and calm for being out of a lot items and only the manager and himself working.They made my order (12pc nuggets, fry) fresh so I had to wait. I'm glad I did, because the fries were extra crispy and salted exactly how I like them.The nuggets were perfection.Solid customer service!

We just got in town and we're looking for something to eat. They ran out of chicken but still took our order. We got to the window and they read off the wrong order. When we told her our order she said she had no chicken so why she didn't say when we placed. So we waited for them to make chicken. The chicken was so small when we got to our Airbnb and opened it was not good.

When I ordered my food the cashier was very assertive and polite, but the guy making my food slammed it on the counter like I wronged him. To make it worse, I found out he was the manager.

worst KFC ever! Waited 50 minutes to get my online order picked up, and they gave me the wrong item !!! All the employee were just walking around and pretending to be busy, but not actually working.
The tenders were small dry . The fries were salty and the biscuit was also dry- not a hint of butter.

Drove all the way here for Uber Eats to pick up a order first the woman ignores me 5 minutes in the lobby I go through the drive-thru she says I have to come inside and when I say I'm going to cancel the order she's happy about it this place is awful I would not order a delivery from here ever

Lobby says closes at 8 PM. Arrived at 7:15 to find the lobby closed. Called and the person who answered said the owner requested she close the lobby early.
