Pulled into the drive thru to place an order and upon my partner saying, “Hello” to place our order…. we were greeted in the drive thru with, “Hold on one minute cause I’m about to catch a case.” We immediately rolled up our windows and drove off. How tacky and unprofessional. We won’t ever return to this location.

You want to wait 30-45minutes for someone to take your order this is the place to go. You want to experience a person take an order and make the order before taking the next order this is the right place. You want to take about a hour or so to order and get your food when it is only 2 people ahead of you make sure to go here.

Again drive thru food poor mashed potatoes and gravy spoiled some of the chicken fresh and some greasy and cold sad you spend so much but get bad food I think I'm giving up this time they can have it I'm tired of wasting money and time had my mouth set for a good meal after spending time visiting a love at the hospital all day

Service sucks, and so does the food.... my drink was great though.

This location has their slowest service ever. The last 6 times I’ve come I’ve wait 30mins in the drive thru line and just end up going somewhere else. I’m sure they miss out on THOUSANDS of dollars in business per week because the service is so dang slow smfh

It's always crowded due to being short staffed and or equipment issues. Long wait times and out of stock issues are the biggest issues here.

Last week this location gave me COLD chicken and the employee had a weird vibe. Today I doordashed and when my dasher got there, they told him that “they don't have boneless and they don't want to go on the tablet and say that they are out of something” Completely unprofessional

Dirty and had me wait for fresh chicken only to give me cold chicken twice. Husband got sick from the coleslaw

All around just terrible. They don't care about what food quality they giving you how long you got to wait nothing. They would not eat what they're serving you but they still serving it
