Went to purchase 4 frosties they were on sale a small for 67cents . Sign on the door had no ending date no reference to being Black Friday only . Saw it on the News in the morning. They wouldn't honor there error.Lack of Customer service skill set. Will not spend another dime with this establishment.

1 out 2 of my classic chicken sandwiches was raw at the middle of my sandwich . I figured no big deal i did change my order last minute and it is 11/16 at 10:10pm . I went to ask for refund and handed both sandwiches back without even checking the other, i didn't care . The girl at the window was cool she said sorry il get that for u . And i asked for a single because i was hungry. Again... not a big deal shii happens. This guy the manager who she told what happened in front of me. Comes to the window after she was taken care of it. And says .. what happened? I paused . Because he came to the window with a disrespectful alpha energy. I said my sandwich was raw. He yells no it wasn't i checked the other one . I said sirr . Not bouta argue over $12... I'm a liar? I just wanted to drive back up here from my nursing job for no reason? Just give me my refund. I will NEVER. come back here again.

I was so bummed out yesterday when I stood in Wendy's drive thru for about 30mins on 7 mile and the lodge Fwy just to find out that they no longer sell the saucy nuggets. First they upped the price on the son of the baconator burger from $3 to over $5. Now THIS!!!!
Ordered drinks and chilli burger meals. This location did not have all of the tea flavors nor cookies . Did not receive straws. Tried to get the attention of the lady at the window by saying excuse me, hello then a horn had no as last resort. I was ignored until she was ready. Asked for straws. Got to my destination and I have no spoon to eat my chili
One positive….receiving my order was pretty fast!

This might be the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever set foot in. Frosties? Broken. Cold brews? Broken. After three failed drink attempts, I got a refund instead of anything to sip. The grilled chicken wrap? Not happening either. I wound up with a fried sandwich that was just “meh,” and when I asked for napkins, they were out of those too. The only things they did have were plenty of empty seats, cold AC, and free Wi-Fi—basically it’s a nice air-conditioned co-working space that occasionally sells you disappointment in a bag. This place is a total embarrassment to the brand.
