This place has the most rudest people running or working at this store. Starting with management they all need replacements. How do you rush customers off the speaker when they're not completely finished ordering and away push us away from the window while discussing our issues. I will never revisit this location after today. They all need attitude adjustments or better customer service skills. Fast food no longer has quality standards. The food tastes funny now, and customer service is out the door. Wendy's used to be the standard for fast food, but Chick-fi-la customer service hands down is far superior, and so is their food. I don't like making comparisons, but when you spend your money with an establishment, you want at least good food. What I received was trash.

I just don't understand why the wait is so long at a fast food restaurant? If I'm waiting soo long for my food shouldn't it be fresh and hot once I get it? They need a real manager, fresher ingredients and a staff that really wants to work there.

They didn't have the 4 for $4 and my granddaughter was not happy. She got something else on the menu. After hrs of shopping, I just wanted her to get something so we could go home! HAPPY NEW YEAR 😘

When I opened the bag at home (just minutes from the restaurant) Everything was Cold-- Dave's single and the large fries. My drink, a large salty caramel cold brew, was watery and utterly disgusting -- literally undrinkable! I will never buy anything from this place again. Obviously, customers are of little value here.
Horrible customer service. In the middle of taking my order the cashier with dreads just walked outside to play on his phone. So we was just standing there. Then after my order got took, my other friend was just standing there waiting to get his order took. No one was helping him. It was only 12pm and they didn’t have spicy nuggets, or the new spongebob meal. and food was cold. won’t be back.
