The drive thru moves so slow any time of day except maybe breakfast that’s probably because the rude axx shift lead has scared the customers away!! I called to speak to the GM about repeated dissatisfaction and the morning manager hung up in my face!! My orders are only right the 1st time 3/5x. Not to mention they’ll pull you up & still bring you cold food! Ive ordered mobile orders hoping to alleviate the confusion, but not luck there either! If they don’t have a product they just substitute whatever they want, but don’t even tell you. Its just ashame how in the era of “being better humans” I’m still receiving piss poor customer service from somebody in a leadership role. I know companies are desperate for help, but at what cost.
