This is just unacceptable on any standard. No person paying a premium price for a premium product should be served this the second it is handed to them.
It was given to me completely melted and I had to request multiple napkins and a lid to put it in because it was falling all over my hands and clothing.
This location is notorious for excuses and bad service. It is well worth your time to go out of your way to any other location because if you don’t you will be extremely dissatisfied.

Bad experience... when you go through drive thru, you put lids on blizzards. I shouldn't have to ask multiple times for my receipt, and if you are so unhappy with your life choice, then go work elsewhere. Next time, I'll just go to press and scoop where the service is top-notch. Won't be going to this DQ anymore.

The people who run this are so nice, so kind to my kids. Malts are my favorite
There was one car in front of us which had ordered two plain Sundays and it took twenty minutes for us to get our ice cream

We stopped by for after dinner ice cream. There was only one employee working at the time. He was diligently working, making two blizzards and one shake in a matter of minutes. He was polite and the dessert was enjoyable. We even bought an ice cream cake to celebrate my daughter's birthday this weekend. We'll be back for more!
