Very slow when it comes to ordering ice cream

Every one loves dairy queen
ordered a strawberry blizzard. got a vanilla blizzard with chocolate chips topped with half an inch of strawberry ice cream, just enough to hide how poorly it was made. several other incorrect blizzards in my family’s order. very disappointing :(

This is just unacceptable on any standard. No person paying a premium price for a premium product should be served this the second it is handed to them.
It was given to me completely melted and I had to request multiple napkins and a lid to put it in because it was falling all over my hands and clothing.
This location is notorious for excuses and bad service. It is well worth your time to go out of your way to any other location because if you don’t you will be extremely dissatisfied.

Bad experience... when you go through drive thru, you put lids on blizzards. I shouldn't have to ask multiple times for my receipt, and if you are so unhappy with your life choice, then go work elsewhere. Next time, I'll just go to press and scoop where the service is top-notch. Won't be going to this DQ anymore.
