Fantastic food! Great for large gatherings and a weeknight meal from their food truck. I’ve had them cater parties and also food truck service. Super friendly family business! Had smoked wings this evening. Perfect 👏
They catered a wedding I attended, so I can't speak to the logistics side of things but the food. Oh the food! The pig roast was perfection. We also had chicken, taters, mac and slaw. The big roast was the star for sure, but these items were no afterthought. They were all so good.
The attention to detail was excellent. Gloria was patient and friendly with the guests. I took some leftovers, and it tasted just as good as the first day.
