I placed a catering order 48hrs prior to pick up, I showed up at the restaurant at the agreed time and the staff had no idea what I was talking about. After telling them I had called 2 days earlier they found my order and told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes they finally had my food ready. When I went to pay they asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I like to support local businesses but they did nothing but ignore me for 40 minutes while I waited for food that should have been ready when I arrived.

Had breakfast here on Sunday around Sunday morning while passing through. Very clean, excellent service and food was as good as you can expect for a Leo’s Coney Island. My friend eggs were perfectly done, the ham was too fatty and coffee was plenty. The server kept offering me coffee to go if I wanted to take some. All in all good value.

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME we get carry out, our order is messed up or missing items (including them putting allergens in my food that I requested MULTIPLE times to be left off)- and getting it fixed with them is an absolute pain. Even dining in we have the same issue and are always given attitude when trying to get it corrected. We won’t be giving our business to this Leo’s anymore.

Walked in and there were 5 waitresses and 4 other tables with customers. We sat down and 3 of the 5 walked by us several times, not acknowledging us once. We finally left.

First off our server was great! Came in on New Year’s Day. Kids got breakfast and one got a burger (Leo’s is always a trust worthy place to go for us because my child is gluten free not celiacs and she loves burgers and we know they carry gluten free buns, they were our but not a big deal) and I got a salad, I got the wrong salad when it first came out she brought the right salad out very quick but it had half the amount of chicken (wish I had a picture, I am not over exaggerating lol) and then on top of it it had the fake Parmesan cheese. We normally go to Americus but they aren’t open so we came to Leo’s also americus is only like a dollar or 2 more with more chicken and actual Parmesan cheese. My daughter got a kids cheese burger and kettle chips, the chips were flimsy. I work at a restaurant so I completely understand inflating prices or give less for the menu price that you already had. I understand and I am not complaining about prices whatsoever, but the quality of food should not go down. Like I said our service was great. And everyone seemed like they were in a great mood and it was very clean. Also my phone won’t let me score service but it was a 5!

Best Leo's Coney Island I have ever been too! I have been to so many having lived downriver until 2022!!! Waitress were excellent, efficient and I'm so impressed with how clean the place is even the bathrooms! As one person who recommended them you could eat in bathroom it's so clean! Food was excellent!
