terrible first experience at a new store. They wouldn't accept my $10 loyalty reward, claiming it has to be on line only. The promotion doesn't say that-they just made it up- and once you click the reward to redeem it, you only have two hours to use it. The reward was wasted, so thanks for promoting loyalty. Dayton Ohio location is one to avoid.

Excellent BBQ. My first time trying it and we absolutely loved it. The employees were nice and had great customer service attitudes.

We stopped by Prime BBQ Smokehouse today, but our experience was disappointing. A hair was found in my friend's baked potato, and my brisket lacked moisture. While Finley attended to our order, another employee appeared distracted by his phone. Considering these issues, I would give this experience a rating of 1 out of 5. I suggest that Prime BBQ work on improving their food quality and service standards.

Just an FYI, this seems to be a Chipolte version for BBQ. Order at counter. My entire family got food poisoning. I thought it was the meat which, I got served to me lukewarm. But, 2 people we were with did not get mac and cheese and did not get sick and the other 6 of us did- and we all got sick in the morning. Its disappointing as it was our first time trying. While the food was alright- Im not sure I trust to go here again. Staff were not super friendly either.

Delicious food delivered quickly by very nice staff. Stop by the Rte 63 Monroe location when you can. YUM!

Food was pretty good but I want to highlight Bentley, I believe he was new to the job but his customer service was amazing he was very patient and while clocked out waiting for a ride he proceeded to help us while we were waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes while 3 other people were in the back. Good work Bentley we appreciated your help and service!!

Amazing food overall, and amazing customer service. Bentley, our cashier, was an amazing help. Was able to offer us better options for our meal to better our experience at the restaurant. 5 stars perfect experience.

I was REALLY craving BBQ, and I stumbled upon this place from Google. The food was so good and the portion was so much more then what I was expecting! I can't wait to go back and just get the brisket, it was so good! I ended up getting the brisket potato, so good!

Live about 25 minutes away. I didn't know this place was here,
Should have tried this sooner
But anyway, this place it worth the drive

Got the prime samplers
Some half bird was smoked perfectly, not too salty
Brisket was tender soft seasoned well
The hot sausage was great
Ribs was falling off the bone
Pull pork was 👍
Pull chicken was good
Mac and cheese were homemade
Collard was great as well
Great tasty potatoes, too
Everything was fresh homemade
Great experience 👍 awesome tasty food, huge portion size for their price, we'll definitely be back

This visit I had the brisket, Saint Louis ribs with 2 sides, baked beans and collard greens. The brisket was up there with the best I’ve ever had. The ribs were tender and delicious. The sides were both flavorful. A perfect summer day BBQ meal that I enjoyed at a local park.

Food is good. However we are long standing customers. Tonight we did pick up and some of the food was missing from order. Tried to call to see if i could pick up what was missing and no one answered. It was during business hours. Please check your order before you carry out.
