Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I seriously have no clue how this location has more than one star. I have been coming here for the last five years and have never once had a good experience. Every time either my silverware is forgotten. A straw is forgotten. A drink is forgotten or an item of food is forgotten of mine or messed up and not to mention how long they take to make orders. I’ve been here probably over 100 times and somehow every time they failed to mess it up. No clue how this place is still in business. The only reason they get any service is because they’re right next to a very busy high school. Definitely don’t recommend coming here. They suck.

Picked up an order from here earlier today. No straws, mushy bananas and the wrong food items. Stuff like this seems to happen alot at this location.

Always very long wait in drive thru and this last time while eating my chipotle chicken wrap the end of a lettuce bundle fell out and was black on the inside. That's how you get people sick.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but every visit to this location we end up getting something wrong or missing from our order. After getting home tonight and looking through our food we received the wrong wrap, missing side and received less protein on the wrap when asked for extra. I don’t like to be that person that looks through their whole order after getting it but I suggest doing that with this location.

This location is great. They are fast, polite, and they always get my order right. Love me some Tropical Smoothie. 😍

If ate here a lot. But last 2 times I get a smoothie n quesadilla. I've gotten sick. Puked within a couple hours + sad cuz I like smoothies. I sure would caused that either. Not cooked. Probably food or bacteria, infected vegetables or fruit. They may want to get this ship checked out before they get anyone else sick.

Ordered 2 smoothies from drive through. Handed young man in window a crisp $100 bill from Huron Valley Bank. He accepted the bill closed the window and closely examined the bill then opened the window and said he couldn’t accept it. I asked him why. He said it was policy they cannot accept bills larger than $20. I asked to speak with the manager and he informed me he was the manager. I paid for the smoothies with my debit card. After getting my smoothies I asked if he is the manager and it is policy to not accept $100 bills why did he take it, examine it then tell me he couldn’t? His reply was he just started working there and didn’t know. (He never asked anyone and claimed he was the manager in charge)My last visit to Tropical Smoothie was today 😕

When me and my friend pulled up to the drive through today, no one answered at the speaker, we weren’t sure if the drive through was open so we went to pull around to go inside. Then one of the drive through workers yelled through the window across the parking lot (in front of costumers) that he was gonna take our order and then he closed the window while the costumer was still there, and we felt it was unprofessional and we had to go to a different tropical smoothie because we felt that he made the space unwelcoming.

If you have to use a public restroom do not come to this establishment as they have a problem with you using their restroom. You legally cannot stop someone in Michigan law from using your restroom as an establishment. Please take down your sign. I know you're just upset but you're violating your company policies just by stating how you feel customers don't deserve your disrespect if they have to go to the bathroom get over yourself.

This has been the best experience of my life the taste of the food in my mouth is incredible I'm not a chicken guy and the chicken pita wrap is delicious would recommend
