I am new to Hillman and I have been to Chauncey’s pub several times. Everything there is good, especially their burgers, the pizza, especially the beer, battered fries. And they hustle there. Great service.
We just left here and we have to say this is the best dang pizza we have had in years ! The crust is nice and crunchy, the veggies was still having a little crunch and lots of meats and cheese. It really was the best pizza yes it took a bit longer to make and we didn't care ! My husband just said he wouldn't mind coming here for his Birthday !! Lol we live 2 hrs away ..but that's ok .. we will.make the drive

Our family visited this awesome, up north, pub and we were sure glad we stopped! This place was hop’n and the waitstaff and kitchen staff were incredible at staying on top of everything!
Our food was delicious, generously proportioned, fresh… the service was thoughtful and kind… these ladies are skilled and friendly.
We highly recommend you stop by this great pub with its terrific atmosphere, amazing food, and incredible service.
