Hypocrisy at The Hillsdale Market House/Hotspot in Hillsdale MI Customers are allowed to enter without wearing of a mask or any PPE (it's posted that a mask is a requirement and that they have masks for sale at $2! Allowing bags of returnable bottles to travel through the store (Order states for this NOT to be permitted since the logical thing is that the store becomes contaminated)! Also, they're not adhering to their own posting of ONE (1) bags of returnable items, per family, per day!

Nothing to write home to mom and dad about. The food was lackluster and the service wasn't too attentive give it was 11am and dead. Trying out new lunch delis and this one won't be back in the rotation for several months...if ever.

Ordered food from them through Gubhub, called the restaurant also to see why it took over two hours. Call multiple times to speak with someone when they picked up I told them the problem they said let me get the manager and left me on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up. Went to Grubhub cancelled the order since it was going on three hours and still a no show and told them I wanted a full refund. Don't ever waste your money here.

I hate that I like this place so much cause it's just so overpriced for a lunchtime sandwich, but it's a really good sandwich. The sandwiches are consistently good so you know you're going to enjoy your lunch. Sandwiches come with your chips bag of choice or a small side (I believe) from the prepared section. They also have really good soup and tasty salads if you're not feeling a sandwich. Coworkers of mine have gotten breakfast here and say it's pretty good. The people are super nice! The line gets pretty long during lunch cause they make sandwiches to order but it moves fast. If you're short on time, they have some premade options and a separate register for those grabbing and going.

I ordered a Turkey sandwich for the first time and it looks good. They were a little skimpy on the meat the avocado was a joke how small it was It will be very interesting what the taste is. Turkey sandwich I ordered and as you can clearly see the I have avocado that is very thinly sliced. Based on what I see this sandwich is way overpriced it's basically a bread sandwich

This place is a treasure. My office has ordered catering from Star Lite Deli several times a month for years. They have never made a mistake, never been late, never forgotten anything. It's a basic sandwich shop, nothing fancy, but they're completely reliable, and that's a rare and precious thing to find in a caterer. "Mr. Min" - the owner or manager - is the best; I always put my orders in with him directly. He embodies a level of customer service that you rarely find in this country (particularly in this neighborhood!) unfailingly kind, patient, gracious, and truly a joy to interact with - he's the reason we keep coming back.

It's so hard to find a decent, basic place to get a good sandwich in Times Square. I work around the corner and stumbled in here today and ordered a Tuna Sandwich on whole wheat with LTO and it was DELICIOUS. I guess it's all relative with all the horrible and overpriced food options in TSQ but it is sooo much better than all the other alternatives! I will definitely be back.

Great deli place! Ample size, prompt service, fresh ingredients, combo offers, the cafe beef is awesome. The onions are sauteed, I think, extra layer of flavor that is unexpected......very good sandwich

I regularly order boar's head deli meat/cheese @ my local neighborhood Publix in Florida so I was suprised to see a cafe in downtown Chicago, the only one of it's kind...for now. Ordered a small chicken chopped salad, came with a complimentary roll. It was ok. Nothing special.

Very friendly service, and delicious bagels. I ate a smoked salmon and avocado on everything bagel. It was delish!

Highly recommend this as a lunch spot for you and you're co-workers. It was quick and the food was filling. Quite a few options as well for those with dietary restrictions. Also, make sure to try their soups! I know I was always told the sandwiches is the go-to, but I think the soups are truly the hidden gem.

The bold turkey club is my favorite sandwich of all time. Someone brought a plate of their sandwiches to a meeting that I was in and I was starving - but that sandwich is delicious. I get one about every 4th time I have lunch downtown. Love it.

Located conveniently across the street from 1515 Broadway, this place is a huge hit among Viacom employees. The service is fast, the sandwiches are delicious, and everything is decently priced. I've never gotten a sandwich there I didn't like! Great for breakfast and lunch, regardless the perfect spot if you want to be in and out quickly yet still satisfied with the quality of the food as well as the service. That being said, all of the employees are very sweet.
