Biggby Coffee is my occasional treat since moving to Michigan almost a year ago. And not one of their shops have ever disappointed in coffee flavor, or service. Everyone that I have encountered has always been kind and helpful.
I was stuck in a long line, but they remained calm and polite. That speaks highly of the quality of workers there. Even when the customer behind me was being a complete j**** they still continued their excellent customer service. I tipped them what I could because that takes some strong will power. Hell ya to the team there, especially the gentleman who was taking orders in the drive-thru today! ? keep it up and don’t let anyone get you down!

Most everyone here is super kind and great service. There are just a couple that need better customer service skills. The entire morning crew is fabulous!!!! I personally do not like the espresso here, but I do drink the brewed coffee and the non-espresso drinks.
