Went to Hillsdale Subway and there's one guy who gives great service. Always smiling and gets the order right. The rest of staff is nice.
I am an elderly disabled man and I always come in and get the best service from Brenna. She is always so friendly polite and respectful she makes my days when I come in. I will be back in every night, we need more workers like that
The staff this evening was very friendly and was working hard to get through all the orders without being short with the customers. Dining area was very clean.

Subway offers delicious sandwiches with kind employees, but some locations lack efficient systems and customer service. Some employees seem overworked and rushed, leading to mistakes in orders. Despite this, the sandwiches are tasty and worth a visit with kids, as the staff is friendly and welcoming.
