Was very impressed with this cute little deli, they opened up today to serve the fall color train from Indiana. I had a lettuce wrap and hubby had the whole sub, he said the bread was great... it's a pick your own toppings place, but definitely add the bacon! It's amazing!!! FYI, photo is only half of the whole sandwich, couldn't get the photo before hubby dug in!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free available

I had a fantastic experience at Hillsdale Filling Station! This deli offers a wide range of options, especially when it comes to soups, salads, and sandwiches. I opted for the grilled panini with turkey, lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese, and garlic mayo, and it was simply excellent. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and the mayo was a standout. What's even better is that the price was under $9.00 for the sandwich and chips, which is a fantastic deal in my book.The inside of the establishment was clean and inviting, and the staff were sharp and provided quick service. I'll definitely be returning for more delicious meals. Highly recommended!

I've been going here for years, great food. I especially like the Italian sub. There, Wisconsin chesse soup is some of the best around. The service is fast and friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Wow. Just wow. I stopped in here for lunch and was so hungry, and the panini they made me was out of this world. I thought it would probably taste pretty basic, because it’s make your own sandwich and I’m not that creative, but even with the ingredients I gave they somehow made it an explosion of flavor! I highly recommend this place, and you should try the potato salad too!

Very cool place! And delicious food. Now that they have a larger place it is even more awesome. I love the selection of all kinds of delis, cheeses, vegetables and how they prepare your sandwich. The soups change daily and are delicious. Good stick to your ribs food. If you leave hungry.....it's your own fault.Parking: It can get full but there is plenty of street parking close by.
