I had a fantastic experience at Hillsdale Filling Station! This deli offers a wide range of options, especially when it comes to soups, salads, and sandwiches. Wow. Just wow. I stopped in here for lunch and was so hungry, and the panini they made me was out of this world. I thought it would probably taste pretty basic, because it’s make your own sandwich and I’m not that creative, but even with the ingredients I gave they somehow made it an explosion of flavor! I highly recommend this place, and you should try the potato salad too!

Was very impressed with this cute little deli, they opened up today to serve the fall color train from Indiana. I had a lettuce wrap and hubby had the whole sub, he said the bread was great... it's a pick your own toppings place, but definitely add the bacon! It's amazing!!!
