Small deli in the heart of Hillsdale. They pile the sandwiches high and offer some great sides. Recommend you try the house sauce on your next sandwich. I believe they also sell delis meats and cheeses by the pound as well. Rotating daily specials mean you can eat something different every day of the week.
While traveling through Hillsdale, we looked for a place to get a quick lunch. The Hillsdale Filling Station was a great choice. The menu had a variety of choices for made-to-order sandwiches, soups, and salads were available. We each had a delicious half sandwich and something to drink, which was all that we needed. We like to support small businesses!
