The females at the drive through seem nice at the drive through menu board. When you get to the window and ask ANYTHING besides just giving them your money and hurrying off, they seem like you are totally inconveniencing them. Hey Karen, we all got jobs, we all work, how about a little courtesy.....This has happened more than once too.

They get the simplest orders wrong, and then you have to wait 10+ min in the drivethrough when theyre not at all busy. Ridiculous.Dietary restrictions: They suck at remember instructions to remove ingredients. So good luck if youve got allergies.

Used mobile app and I got charged 4 times for my lunch and then they wouldn’t even make my order once. The Manager said, “we’re not giving out free food” to someone that never had intention of getting anything free. All I wanted was to pay for my order once and get my order. Today I payed for my order 4 times and got zero food. Still have all the charges on my account too. I got so much disrespect from the manager. Bad business

Poorly trained Managers on the night shifts. Placed orders on the mobile app and their system didn't have the order I paid for. This has happened a few times in the last few days. Now I don't get a food or a refund and the managers don't know what they should do. Instead of looking at the app and seeing the order had been paid I was told it must be on my end and was treated like no one cared. Once I get my money back I will never come here again. I have no issues in Jonesville only in Hillsdale and apparently it's the customers fault so don't ask for your money back.
